In the case of vouchers, we will send the voucher card directly to
your home or to the address of the person receiving the gift. In this
case, you do not need to show the order confirmation at the checkout. It
is onlx necessary to bring the voucher with you. Alternatively, there
are also digital vouchers (PDF download), or you can collect the voucher
from the ticket office at the museum. With the latter option, you would
not pay shipping costs.
